Ronald is a dedicated and passionate double bass instructor, currently serving at the SCM music program. With an equal focus on musical enjoyment and skill development, they bring a unique approach to their teachings, emphasizing self-awareness and accommodating a variety of learning styles.

A Los Angeles native, Ronald started his musical journey at the East Los Angeles Community College (ELAC), where they earned their Associates degree in music. They continued their studies on scholarship at California State University Fullerton (CSUF), where they are currently pursuing a degree in Music Education.

Ronald is a firm believer in the transformative power of music education, and their goal as an instructor is to provide students with a supportive and inclusive learning environment where they can develop their musical abilities while also discovering and developing skills that can be attributed to all facets of learning.

With their expertise in double bass and commitment to excellence, Ronald is poised to make a positive impact on the lives of his students and the music community as a whole.
